Kane is a Scottish born artist currently living and working in Pisa, Italy. He is inspired
by the beauty and animalistic nature of the human form. Kane won the John Kinross Scholarship to
Florence by the Royal Scottish Academy. After graduation from the academy, Kane has exhibited and
sold artwork across Scotland in galleries and open exhibitions with the RGI, RSA, Compass Gallery,
Gallery Heinzel and online with CuriousEgg.com. His work has been purchased by private collectors in
Paris, Vancouver, London, Berlin, St. Andrews and Edinburgh. He is one of “Scotland’s best emerging
artists in life drawing” at the Royal Scottish Academy’s Ages of Wonder Live Life School in Edinburgh
in 2017.
